Villa Ocotal Full Renovation Project

This project involved a full renovation of an existing home, transforming it into a modern, high-end residence while maximizing its ocean views and overall functionality.

The home is a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom property, where all bathrooms, kitchen, and flooring were completely renovated. A new third floor was added, featuring a master bedroom, TV lounge, and a panoramic ocean-view terrace, creating a true elevated living experience.

The design focused on making the house feel brand new, improving natural light, flow, and connection with the surrounding views.
